Very satisfied in San Antonio Tx / glo, TX7/1/2008 I purchased this router in April, 2008 and it works great. I had no problem setting it up to work with my Gateway laptop. The instructions for setting it up were very clear and very user friendly.
Easy to Set Up / Donna, AZ6/12/2008 Purchased last Gateway TS laptop. Instructions with product are very easy to understand. Was up and running in just a few minutes. Only called tech support to get advice and assurance about on-line security so neighbors or "intruders" cannot use wireless technology at my expense. First call I waited a few minutes and hung up. Waited about 1/2 hour longer and tried again and reached a very knowledgable person who explained things well and the laptop works very well with this product.
E-Z Setup!! / Barbara, CO5/8/2008 Got the router a couple weeks ago and (I''m NO techie)it literally took me about 2 minutes to set up! Not a single problem /w it.
WHAT A NIGHTMARE ROUTER & TECH HELP / J, TX5/3/2008 I WORKED 3 DAYS TRYING TO GET IT SET UP.CALLED TECH HELP BELKIN AS AS OTHERS HAVE SAID WENT ON HOLD FOR 30-45 MINS EACH TIME AFTER THEY FINALLY CONNECTED YOU TO A TECH COULD NOT HELP U THEN HE WOULD DISCONNECT YOU AND YOU WOULD HAVE TO START ALL OVER AGAIN, EVEN TECH COULD NOT DO IT BECAUSE THEY WERE TO BUSY READING INSTRUCTION ON THEIR ON LINE AND WOULD NOT ANSWER U WHEN YOU WOULD ASK A QUESTION BECAUSE THEY WERE TO BUSY READING INSTRUCTIONS. WHAT A NIGHTMARE!!!
