I hate complicated product. On top of this it works like a dream. Beautiful perfect color copies. I have not tried the other features yet but so far so good. And the value is exceptional! Its exactly what I wanted! Absolutely no disappointments! This is one of those products you know that you will love for a long long time.
Best printer I have ever bought / J.S., MD5/4/2008 This is the best printer I have ever bought. I was able to easily hard wire the printer to my computer but I personally could not figure out how to network it so the rest of the house could use it. I will have to call the company on that note but I really have no complaints. The pictures are sharp and clear and the printed copies are wonderful. No complaints. I really love it.

a challenge / pat, PA4/16/2008 I don''t consider myself as being technically challenged but the set up is not as easy as some state. I was able to set up wirelessly and as a result was unable to connect my computer wirelessy. Took time and patience to get back on line BUT ONLY after disconneting the printer. I''m sure I work thru the problems and have BOTH up and running together eventually. May have rated higher if not for the set-up.
