Emeril again, at his best. The flavors of the ingredients which include his trademark Portuguese healthy Mediterranean combinations are delicious. Wide variety including creatuve main dishes, deserts, and even drinks some which seem to look delicious even if substituting an option to alcohol. I have given this book to friends as gifts and they are thrilled. You cant go wrong with this outstanding cookbook.

Bought the cookbook for our Son for his birthday, my husband for Father's Day! We couldn't wait; my husband has already made me four dinners already from the cookbook. Emeril your book is easy follow, as it says for ALL Seasons. We will be grilling year round with these recipes that start with To "Wet" the Appetite & ends with dessert! Well worth the price; and fun to make. Thank you for empowering us to be better Grillers!
