"WOW" / Pam, LA12/17/2008 I LOVE MY PINK GATEWAY! Its the COOLIST!!!! I have been useing it for about a week and no problems. I have been wanting a laptop forever but could not affored it. Thanks to HSN flex pay, now i can affored it. So my Christmas is good.
Too Much Hassle / Mikhelle, AZ12/15/2008 The laptop itslef was okay. The bigget problem I had was returning the product. I was bounced around, plus the original box came with nothing about how or where to send it back at. I was also put on hold for long times. Finally all they did was give me a number and told me to give it to Fedex. Fedex is 30 miles away and yet I can''t return it anywhere else. This has been a very annoying process and will not ever get something that is not straight from HSN again.
A satisfied customer! / , FL12/12/2008 I love the pink color and the weight of the computer. I have not had any problems with the computer and I do not plan on having any problems. This is my second Gateway computer from HSN. The first computer is still functioning like it is brand new. I passed it to my husband and he loves it. Gateway makes the best laptops.
Very disappointed / julie, NV12/9/2008 Takes a long time to boot/shut down. Takes a while to enter sites. The screen is only clear at a certain angle.
It did''nt come with a manual so didn''t know how to use the webcam.
Went to the the Gateway website and sent request for assistance. after 4 days and still no answer i gave up.
To return item i had to contact Gateway. HSN does not take the return. Gateway put me on hold for 10 min. Then they transferred me to the return dept for another hold period.
