Gateway / christine, MI5/31/2008 I bought the vista computer from hsn customer service was not helpfull when I was having problems with installing my new printer which was vista ready.Gateway support was worse they refused to help me with anything and they even hung up the phone on me.needless to say I will not purchase another gateway or will I purchase anything from hsn again. I have had this computer for two months trying to get help,now I can''t return it.shame on hsn even selling this product.
What customer service ! / Judy, IA5/28/2008 Nice computer I think..had problems with the monitor and called customer service...if it comes on thats all they do...as for the tv part not their problem. Called about a couple other issues...nothing they handle. I can get a nice computer anywhere..but support...well its not here.
Monitor is a lemon! / Connie, MD5/24/2008 The monitor wouldn''t come on when the computer boots up. I sent the monitor back and that one didn''t work. I sent the whole computer & monitor back. When buying through HSN, you are considered RETAIL and have a long distance phone number to call. Tech support keeps you on hold for 10 minutes and then drops the call. You have to call back and go through the whole thing again! What a nightmare! I have been a Gateway customer for years but this was the worst experience I have ever had.
