This is one AWESOM computer!!!! / Steven, MO6/28/2009 I have had this computer a little over a year now and it still amazes me what I can do with this machine. I have had 1 issue with it since buying from Hsn, the power button went out. I contacted support and and they were so nice and it was fixed in no time. This computer is able to be upgraded to 64 bitt then it is able to be upgraded to 8gb of memory. I have it hooked up to surround sound system , so I am able to hear stereo and tv in great sound.I can''t say enough good things about it
Could Be Faster / hsn shopper, TN11/30/2008 Nice computer, great monitor. I have not had any problems with this gateway, bought it back in april. Thought it was a great deal especially since it was a triple core. The only real issue I have is the speed. It should be alot faster, my five year old fully loaded laptop that is only 80 gb still boots faster than this one. Maybe gateway was testing these out. I have not seen anymore triple core''s being sold on hsn since.

Gateway / christine, MI5/31/2008 I bought the vista computer from hsn customer service was not helpfull when I was having problems with installing my new printer which was vista ready.Gateway support was worse they refused to help me with anything and they even hung up the phone on me.needless to say I will not purchase another gateway or will I purchase anything from hsn again. I have had this computer for two months trying to get help,now I can''t return it.shame on hsn even selling this product.
