DON''T WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS PRODUCT.You can''t hear the other person, there is worse interference on these than any phone I have ever owned. I talked to GE about the phones cause I thought that it was me and not the phone, so now my 30 days is up and I am stuck with a piece of junk. I will never buy another phone from GE again. Hope this is hopeful to everyone else out there and hope they read the reviews first before they purchase it.

THE VOLUME ON THE PHONES IS NOT THAT GREAT. ALSO, I KEEP HANGING UP ACCIDENTALLY ON FRIENDS WHEN I AM WASHING DISHES AND HAVE IT RESTED BETWEEN MY SHOULDER AND CHIN.

Caller ID doesn''t work, don''t buy these phones! / Jo, WI

It''s 2 months after my purchase. The caller ID only works--after you HANG UP. When the phone is ringing, the caller ID says NO DATA. I use my caller ID to SCREEN INCOMING CALLERS, not as a handy phone book. The earphone volume is way too quiet, and the instructions are poorly organized. Even though it''s 60 days plus, I want a refund. Junk.

This is not typical HSN quality. It was terrible, dropped calls, static, every problem imagineable. I have ordered two other different products and hope they will be what I am looking for. The older phones seem to be better, but, hopefully one of these sets will work. Don''t waste your money or time.

I liked the phone system until I needed the caller ID. It did not work. However, I was very pleased with HSN helping to return the phone to the GE company. I did not keep the original box and they still will take it back.
