With all the prices of LCD monitors dropping in price, it's only right to capitalize on one that also has a TV tuner and is at least 3 inches bigger than those that are just monitors alone. At 1080p resolution, you can't get any better than this. Having the ability to quickly change from computer monitor to TV (as well as 7 other inputs) is awesome. Only downside - no PIP. Though it is easy to switch between inputs, I much rather have the ability to work on my computer and watch TV at the same time using PIP split screen - something I have on my bigger LCD TV and something that is pretty much standard on HDTVs today. Not sure why they left this feature out. Not a big deal to the average consumer though.

Although I had never heard of Hannspree I read the reviews and felt confident about purchasing it. We have had our tv for a week now and it is wonderful. Great picture and fits well in our small living room. I LUV HSN!!

I read the reviews on this TV and listened to the telecast over and over from the HSN website, and their TV special regarding this 28 inch Hanspree TV.
They reinterate over and over what a great price they are offering. Well, after I ordered it
I found a website to research the hanspree manufacturer and I found 72 sale sites for this TV, 68 were far less money, 2 were more, 2 were the same price. AMAZON, J and R, Circuit city all sell this TV for $350.00 no shipping fee. I PAID $149 MORE, PLUS $14.50 SHIPPING ON HSN. HSN RESONSE WAS TOO BAD, RETURN IT, AND I WILL LOSE THE SHIPPING FEE OF $14.50 PLUS I PAY TO SHIP IT BACK (THATS OK, I STILL SAVE $125.00!)

I had never heard of this brand so I was a little nervous about ordering it. I read the reviews and was quite impressed. I have never been happier with the purchase. The tv is in the bedroom. I don't even want to watch tv in the living room anymore. As soon as there is another special on the larger size tv's I will be a happier person. Don't let the name keep you from buying it. My daughter even went on the internet and read up on it. I love it.
