unclear, fuzzy pictures. download program worked 3 times, now it won't. No one I have contacted can figure out why. Tech support? What tech support? Try and find a person to talk to. Had I not kept it to long, trying to get it to work, it would have gone back. Case is lovely, I use it for the cell phone.

Very disappointed with quality of video and still shots. Was expecting a bit more from this RCA product. Did not perform well inside or outside. Very dull colors and blurry, grain like video. Sorry HSN....really wanted this to be good!

The size of the camera was nice and in the case it was very secure, but I found that the writing on the back to direct how to use the camera was hard for me to see, and I had difficulty using it, so sad to say I have sent it back.
