Do not buy this GPS. I had it a month and had to send it back to the company because the screen went white. They sent me a new one and now this one is acting up. Locking up all the time and have to reset with the on-off switch. I called the company but no one is anwsering the phone anymore. This is not a good sign. I thought I was getting a good buy being I got this as the hot pick of the day but I was wrong.

I used this for 3 trips, the first it brought us to the wrong street, I figured it was me, being a first timer. It didn''t work right either trip. I had to constantly reset it and fix the time. I received a "Fatal Error" quite a few times. It didn''t work well unless it was fully charged and the car charger didn''t help, it had to be fully charged before it seemed to be able to work correctly. I am returning this.

I miss the first generation / Don

I bought the first generation of the Intellinav for my wife. The thing was solid. Her car was broken into and the device was stolen. When replacing it I figured ordering another Intellinav was a no-brainer. This unit showed up and has locked up on each of our 3 long trips this summer. They should definitely make it easier to re-boot. I am going to exchange and see if I can get one that works. Seems hit or miss with this generation.

technical errors, flawed product / Patrick

I purchased one for my sister, and then, a month later for my wife...same model, and both had to be sent back for replacement. Both get repeated "Fatal Error" messages and, at times, lock up, requiring that they be restarted. I have an older model Intellinav which has had no problems, but the SE portable GPS is a severly flawed product.

I use mine everyday. The Itinerary works great, i have multiple stops per day. I have had a few GPS''s. None were ever that really on the mark on addresses. IT did get me to every street i wanted but address was off all the time. but If you cant read numbers on a house then you cant read the gps.. Most of the complaints like the on off switch and not being accurate were just minor. It did freeze up but not that much, once in a great while. But, well if it is like a PC it will have its days..
