What a waste....2/7/2006 I purchased this item and was very excited about it. The MP3 player would not even turn on. I called the manufacturer and they were of no help and didn't even try to be just stated that the item was defective and it should be returned. Didn't offer anything such as another product or upgrade. Called HSN and the operator was very monotoned and unconcerned regarding the product. She just said I need to return it. For over $100 you would think someone would back the product and suggest them sending out a new one. Never the less - l;ive and learn
