Dont ask Kodak anything They dont know / James, TN9/23/2007 I recieved My dock thursday hooked it up works great with the camers but whem you try to use the usb ports for the flash drive It locks up the dock will not read flash drive card readers or memory cards kodak has no fix for this spoke with 4 techs they knew nothing If you only want to dock the camera it works great the pic are clear on hd and the videos too
now showing it has SHIPPED! YEA! / Ken, CO9/22/2007 I had purchased the V1253 HD Kodak camera and the dock at the same time. I was not aware of the "pre-ordering" of the dock, but my patience is hopefully about to be rewarded. The dock has showed it has shipped and is on its way. Looking forward to see my pix and movies on my HDTV!
Kodak Docking Station for V1253 Camera / Pam, IL9/19/2007 I do remember HSN saying the camera dock would be available 9/24 and would ship out around that time. Another words, orders were preordered. I don''t think Kodak has them in stock yet. I received the Kodak V1253 camera. Nifty little camera but the USB charger through the computers 2.0 USB does not work. I tried on several other computers as well. You''d think Kodak would include a direct current adapter to charge the unit. Is anyone else having trouble charging the camera.
HSN won''t let me cancel my order! / Shirley, WA9/16/2007 I ordered the dock and the camera. I tried to cancel my orders via internet. I received the message that I couldn''t because my orders were "being processed". Last week I tried to cancel again. Same message, so I called customer service and said that I didn''t want the items. Once again I was told that I couldn''t cancel, that Kodak had the order and it was impossible to contact Kodak. Customer service said I could refuse them when delivered without being charged with shipping.
waiting for my order / Debra, SC9/14/2007 I have yet to receive this product. I ordered it on September 1, 2007 along with the camera. My credit card has been charged for something that I do not have. I am very unhappy with HSN over this right now. I have been a customer for a very long time and might not order anything else from them an d us QVC instead. I have never had this problem with OVC.
