I JUST PICKED THIS UP FOR MY WIFE AFTER OWNING THE MOTOROLA CAMERA PHONE FOR ABOUT 6 MONTHS. THIS IS A GOOD PHONE FOR THE PRICE. IT GOES FOR 79.99 ON NET 10''S WEB SITE WITH NO ACCESSORIES. IT''S THE THIRD NET 10 PHONE I''VE OWNED AND I''VE TALKED ALL MY RELATIVES INTO USING THEM.YOU SAVE A LOT OF MONEY WITH THESE PHONES COMPARED TO ANY OF THE BIG CONTRACT SERVICES.

The phone came in 3 days...and it seems like a decent phone and that''s where the good ends. I activated with Net10 online and was assigned a phone number from Brooklyn, NY and I live in Westchester County, NY. When I called customer care they assined the phone new number and the sim card wouldn''t accept it. I spoke to three Net10 customer care reps and one supervisor and none of them could solve my problem or do more that tell me I had to wait 3 to 5 business day for a new sim card.

As soon as I got this phone went online to and the 300 minutes had no trouble,took about ten minutes,then I added the easy minutes so I can keep it in service,this only cost $15.00 for a 150 minute of service.

The customer service and the attempts to have the phone activated were the worst. I attempted to have my number imported from my prior phone, and the customer service representatives were unable to secure a "line" for this to occur, they stated that I would have to wait 24 hours. And, if they were unable to secure a "line", it would be another 24 hours. For all of the so called convenience advertised, it was not, and this phone is going back. Very disappointed.

I was very disappointed with this phone. I have terminal cancer and never leave my home, except to go to M.D. Anderson Hospital, who requires one to have a cell phone while in the hospital. I didn''t want or need a phone with a contract, since I am home 28 days of the month. When I went to activate the phone, I found it was a 2001 model! I could not even change the date because it only went to 2003! I also waited 24 hours to receive my phone number, which never came up. It''s going back...
