This wall mount was shipped in a package no bigger than a video tape (slightly larger) and very light weight. I would be afraid to wall-mount my television on this for fear that it isn't very sturdy.

So i ordered the 32 inch Colby and was suggested this wall mount. I come home from work with the TV sitting in my garage and this little box the size of the Old Video caset for the old school folks out there remember what video cassets are, and i open it up and it shows Wall Mount on the outside of the box. I would suggest you use this for a much smaller tv but not for a400 x200 tv mounting system. I found it very funny......maybe a good item for other tvs i dont know but not mine.
