Bought for our daughter & it works great.Originally she had it on her desk at work; however, it's so light & versitile that she keeps it in her purse to share pics of our grandchild with others.No problems downloading or working it. She likes it because it's so light a lot lighter than keeping a book of pics in her purse & when she wants, she can display on her desk.I would say it's a great gift.I guess maybe we were one of the lucky ones that it works as advertised and are very happy with it.

I bought two of these and gave them out as Christmas gifts. Both were returned to me as not working. I sent back to HSN for refunds. Wouldn't recommend.

I'll repeat what another poster said "DON'T BUY THIS!!!" I ordered 4 of these, thinking "What a great gift idea!" The first one I ordered didn't function at all; I thought it was a fluke. I then opened box after box, and after powering them up, NOT A SINGLE ONE FUNCTIONED! They wouldn't respond to any commands, wouldn't work with a Memory Stick or USB cable. Returned for excange; same thing happened--4 out of 4 wouldn't respond. Save your money and buy an Archos 5 or 7.

I consider myself tech savvy and could not get this thing to do anything! I want to move pictures from my computer to the brag book, but my computer does not recognize the usb connection at all. I am very disappointed. Also, the case is nice, but the brag book feels and looks cheap. Don't waste your time on this one.

I got my brag book for Christmas and really like it. I have Windows Vista and it worked great with Vista. I thought it was easy to use. I do however, wish that there was more internal memory. I guess that I thought that I would be able to load 1000's of pics on the internal memory because of the way the item was presented. I like the case that the item comes with. All-in-all the brag book is a good buy. However, if I would have spent anymore money I probably would have sent it back.
