Ordered this product for my granddaughter & had she no luck at all with it. She does have a free wi-fi connection within a few blocks from her home & it did not pick that up, nor from any anyplace at all. ALSO, I tried it in my own home, we have a problem in our lower level picking up a signal from upstairs & could not pick up that signal either. So sorry HSN, just what happened in my own situation. Perhaps it works for others.

I have to say I did return this item, didn't work quite as well as I wished.The idea is great, product needs to get a stronger signal.

The Wi-Fire Long-Range Extender made a big difference for our other computer in a back bedroom.I now can recieve streaming video without breakup. What an improvement.

Ordered it at the same time I ordered my computer. comp. took 22 dys to get here so I haven't been able to use it..now my 30 day trial is up. so I guess I'm stuck wheather it works or not.
